I got out last month as well for the same reasons. The year of the rat...I guess it what you might call it. If you add up the questionable LOIs, lack of transparency regarding mining location, and the privacy of the lone institutional investor, plus JRs track record for RS to keep control I had enough. Took what I could and put it back into BRKB, OHI, and BPL, and learned my lesson. Only hope this Company leadership gets investigated and is rewarded accordingly.
