The press releases are from the new Sears. The sale has closed already (see another post confirming that) and unfortunately the news services still key off the word "Sears" or "Kenmore" or "Craftsman" as related to SHLDQ but they are not anymore. Its causing obvious confusion here.
Look at the press releases, they do not contain the ticker symbol. Look at older ones (pre October) and they do.
