Technically shareholders can show up and vote at the meeting. They don’t have to vote by proxy. Maybe it took some time to tally the votes.

LOL, this is an ADXS shareholders meeting. It took 10 seconds last year to tally the votes of those who were at the meeting. Since I didn't go this year, it was probably quicker.
