I can safely say that the hardest part is having patience, especially when price is dropping.

Many people here freak out and want press releases. I do understand it, but to uplist we (CVSI management) need to be professional at all times...most investors dont realize that NASDAQ can reject our uplist if it looks like they timed press releases to reverse downward price action. I have no worries about management, i do worry too many people might call or email them begging them to issue PRs, and that bugs me a bit.

Know what you own and ride the ups and downs. Or if you want, trade them.
