well yes, somany perhaps they are "humanitarians". now with hindsight, their calling for a drop being accurate is uncontestable.
except that the implied refutation that they aren't on the bid at trip 1 is still quite probable:
1- if they were they'd change the tone of their messages except saying "it's a POS the CEO is corrupt glad I sold out oh how sad boo hoo
2- they were accurate, because pennies tend to go down more than up, plus even though I learned the lesson later than former, it's pretty easy to predict failure in any stock in a rout crisis.
3- possibly they took a break, because it was Friday (ref my "3 day weekend theory from last week, which means you'll never find it on this board, it's already 938298 pages back) but still their return was forecasted, and indeed they came back today saying same old thing even lamenting that the trading was sooo light , therefore UBQU must be a POS.
trading was light today, "only" about 70M shares. very few trip 1 picked up. theories that 100M left to dump still to go.
obnly on dump days do we beat the average of about 200M shares.
actually, 70M shares without a dump or a panic scare isn't bad. accumulation at trip 2 beats a downturn into trip 1.
In fact, I've got a new theory. My assumptions are big ones, mostly the one that the other 5B dilute is "locked" for months to a year. but if it is:
- second 5B locked up, no RS near future, at best 100M to dump
- Ballas and MMs (either individual MMs or in collusion with ballas) make big time money dumping 200-400M, driving the price down to 1/2, making 100 dollars per mil at risk of only 100 dollars per millin
analysis: perhaps there is 100M to dump, perhaps there is not. without a doubt it's taken a longer frequency for a PR followed by a dump. been over a week. Perhaps the 100M is the "preferred shares" to which ballas is RETAINING. hence not the dump
but I'm sure everyone thinks that's a bunch of crap. but....say Ballas only has 100M left to dump.
bid is well over 100M now. ask floats between 30M to 50M. some MMs trying to churn....at best...5K but unsure exactly how many 1s are out there....all 50 mil? unsure. ask smokey and the chart guys. but I'm guessing no, so you've got a thinner veneer of short hands trying to make tiny lunch money or breakeven and gtfo.
so, with that being said, one component of the big win the corrupt ballas and the MM theory has lost is the ability to smash through the bid wall, fill the hands of the MMs bigly and keep the churn.
so if and only if Ballas has 100M left, odds are he WANTS to get it back to 3/4 if he's short term and greedy, or let it run back upward. the MMs if independent just want this thing to drop to trip 1 to get a cheap churn. another reason why the trolls might be back ebating the hate drum is cuz they want those 1s....and if there's only 100M worth of panic dumping left ….they might not get them. hence try to scare more hands.
also, with a 800M ask, if 100M dumps we are at trip 1, and a 100K buy to trip 2 for 40 bux won't make them their 10K dinner money fast.
with luck, the silent MMS (if they aren't the trolls who have been making bank here if they are) will get tired of hanging around hoping to get lunch money on a thinner trip 2 ask, are waiting for something else in the penny pot market to take off (again, not CVSi HEMPQ LXRP or KALY today) and off they go, then we see upward movement.
most likely at this point, Ballas and team got all the best they could hope for at the first 5B....and are holding, perhaps to dump later at a time to disappoint, but perhaps to make more than 10K at trip 1. eventually the asks will dry up and we might see a move up to 3/4...maybe higher.
or we'll get the 100M dump, and churn at 100M on the ask at trip 2 until it's chewed up. I'm guessing the longs not part of the trolls, MMs and ballas (I'll refer to them as 'the cartel') won't be panic selling yet....
