It is nothing if Vystar pays them back before spending any money on a share buyback.

Yep they're notorious for trying to change their interest payment terms "after" they've already been converting their notes on OTC PubCo's...and since the majority of OTC CEO's are too broke to even afford an attorney to defend the frivolous actions, they end up succeeding in many cases. But clearly CEO Steve Rotman told EMA to go screw themselves hence the lawsuit right cheers!
