Done.
By the way TF and all, I think that the number of shares to be issued with our new worldclass investor will be much lower than expected.
$1,250,000 amount of debt is constant and the number of shares to be converted is calculated according to the share price in the market for the previous 30 days.
If the investor were to convert with the lowest price for the 30 previous days in Today's levels of 0.005, the conversión Price would be 0.0045 and the number of shares, just 277,777,778. Calculation is:
Conversión Price = 0.005 * 90% = 0.0045
Number of shares to be converted = US$1,250,000 / 0.0045 = 277,777,778
If the lowest Price for the previous 30 days is 0.05, just 27,777,778. Calculation:
Conversión Price = 0.05 * 90% = 0.045
Number of shares to be converted = US$1,250,000 / 0.045 = 27,777,778
And so on.
I think the situation is much better tan we all think and the number of shares to be issued way lower tan the 925,925,925. That was only a calculation with old low prices of 0.0015.
This is HUGE.
