The shell is definitely clean, Fytton spent 2 years catching up on SEC filings and cleaning it up before he sold the shell.

Zero debt and being caught up on SEC filings is what made it so appealing. The new owners had other deals with shell tickers in the past that didn't work out. This one is finalized.

What they plan to do with it...who knows??
