Only reflects what the company tells the OTC. And info always LAGS. Duh!

OTC will not investigate every company's filing. That's why an ATTY OPINION LETTER is submitted.

Now if the ATTY had stated that PRIME CAPITAL was successfully contacted.
Then the filing is CURRENT (as in factual).

The ATTY left a loophole for Legal reasons! Duh!
Anyways...one can't explain the VOLUME for a small float. Prime Capital is definitely DUMPING!!
