It's IRONIC that some peeps here think that an "Atty opinion letter" is a GOLD STANDARD for Truth.
In fact the ATTY clearly states, he couldn't make contact with PRIME CAPITAL (Holding 4B Shs).

No Administrative hold can block Legally (and contractually bound) obtained Shs!!

It just sounds good on an Atty opinion letter.
The EVIDENCE is overwhelming.
Just look at the VOLUME it's not coming from a float of ~600 Mil or so Shs.
It's coming from PRIME CAPITAL (Holder of 4Billion Shs)!!

We'll find out soon enough....
