But big time dilution will thereafter occur at the post-reverse $3.50 stock price. That dilution by Helios will result in Helios selling those new shares. Won't that selling drop the share price of hmny?

Good show. A yes vote tells the board they have your permission to continue to drain our investment, awesome! And I whole heartedly agree, 2 “no” votes are why we are in this position, it has nothing at all to do with the billions in diluted shares HMNY has been using to fund their paycheques, nothing at all.
