Why would a CEO give up assets he just acquired a few months ago? Why would the CEO hide the share structure from his shareholders? He could update them on OTC but he won't even do that. Why would a CEO only do a 1:20 RS that only took him half way to the .01 needed to do an uplisting? The entire purpose was to get the share price over a penny so why not do about a 1:40 or so RS to begin with? Knowing what they know now, how many still believe the the CEO actually just GAVE 250 million of his own shares to the company treasury. At the share price at the time he supposedly retired those shares the stock was trading at .0012 and would have been worth some $300k. I didn't believe it then and I sure don't believe it now. And notice he gagged the TA at the same time he supposedly retired those shares so there was no way to see how many shares were restricted.
