Completely false info...

One needs only look at the actual filing to see that your claim is total nonsense.

The filing is as follows: CV-19-157 - BEDROCK VENTURES INC V TRUMAN PRESS INC ET AL

The "appellant" is the party that FILED THE ACTION aka BEDROCK. The "appellees" listed below are those to whom the filing is AGAINST aka REGAL, HHSE, TRUMAN PRESS, PARKINSON. Not that it matters, as Parki's got the Crimson pre-trial tomorrow and the trial two trading days from now, so he's busy. This little matter isn't even on the failure's radar.

Rick, where is this information coming from? The Failure? The court docs clearly show HHSE et al as parties to case.

It is simply an appeal by Bedrock of the garnishment case vs Regal. Bedrock only won and received the money Regal owed to HHSE from a couple of films it showed in its theatres, as well as, legal fees.

But, there was a problem in Regal's response timing that violated Ark garnishment laws. Bedrock believes Regal owes it the total amount ($500k) that hhse owes, as regal did not respond in time. Regal admits it did not respond in time but pled that it was an oversight and gladly handed over any money it owed Hhse and legal fees.

The judge decided in favor of Regal, saying the regal paid the money it owed hhse and legal fees and the case was over.

Bedrock is appealing and is still seeking the $500k from regal, which i am sure, makes regal real happy they ever did biz with hhse.
