That would really suck for those who jumped out.

Thinking I may take some of the profit money from another stock and buy some in a day or so, when this settles. Since I am in at .80, .50 and .24 I may as well take a shot and avg. down.

I think is offering is part of their effort on staying listed on Nasdaq. If you remember, they got a notice for delisting for two deficiencies:
We were given 180 days, or until April 24, 2019, to comply with
- (i) Rule 5550(a) by maintaining a closing bid price of at least $1 per share for 10 consecutive business days, and
(ii) Rule 5550(b) by (1) maintaining a MVLS (the product of total shares outstanding and the daily closing bid price) of $35 million or (2) having shareholders’ equity of at least $2.5 million.

With a reverse split, they can address 5550(a) but not 5550(b). However, if they raise money through this offering, they can potentially increase the shareholders' equity over $2.5M. After that, a reverse split would allow them to satisfy both 5550(a) and 5550 (b). That is my interpretation of the current situation (and I may be wrong) but I would love to read other opinions as well.

I still haven't sold my 12,000 RWLK shares. At this point, it doesn't make much sense to sell them so I will wait and see how this plays out.
