Zak, think about it 4a minute - the only solution to max OS is to authorize & issue more shares - that means DILUTION - not the way to grow the PPS - the way is to do what Joe is doing - build kick ass company, kick ass revenues, meet & exceed proforma & the value of the stock rises as people take profit trades happen & shares change hands .... It's fundamental - don't worry Uwill be FINE - zeke
