While the clinical trial data has not been impressive enough to generate pharma or further investor interest on attractive terms, at least the company has a good CEO at the helm now, Berlin, who has done a much better job in controlling costs than his predecessors. He has done the right things to try to generate value for shareholders, but he can't change the science and the market is currently valuing the science (as opposed to a few years ago when the market was valuing hope and optimism for great results, which have since then failed to materialize).
