But this would apply to a stock trading "naturally"/"normally".
In the case of CELZ, if someone bought up all the ask for 3-4 levels/prices, the MMs would simply stack the ask some more with prices lower than the last transaction.
So it would not help much.
Now, if we had 50-70 million shares/day of upside volume, THEN it would work because MMs would be run over like roadkill (wishful thinking).
