To be correct Telco mentioned Microtech. Microtech has never mentioned Telco.
Microtech is part of a bunch of companies that are part of the 50 Billion contract. To be specific there are 10 companies that are part of the EIS contract so Microtech gets a portion of that contract, not all 50 Billion.
Microtech does not have to subcontract as a prime contractor under the EIS enterprise contract. Microtech must collaborate with the other prime contractors to remain under the contract agreement.
Telco cannot meet the requirements as a teaming partner because Telco does not have a contract awarded under the EIS teaming agreement. To be a teaming partner both companies must have a direct contract under the EIS.
Creating a GSA schedule has nothing to do with being awarded a contract. Telco cannot even meet the bonding requirements. There is nothing released from Telco that officially states this fact.
Where does it state in any filing that Telco is being awarded a Navy contract? Telco has signed an agreement to buy a satellite junkyard but what does that have to do with the Navy?
