im not disagreeing with you, i jsut not sure how you determined that....

Andrew brought personally 23,000,000
his wife 146,086

andrew paid with personal funds, which the amount is not listed. the 1.25m was from arj which if they are all the same is really 950million shares for 1.25.... thats why im confused. correct me i want you to be right.

ARJ paid .00135 per share... 1,250,000/925,925,925... we know this from the filing, the amount andrew paid is not listed.... but id assume he paid a similar amount...
