I ahd 800k sitting at .0028 all morning. Finally moved it to the ask and it took 5 minutes to fill.

not even a 5000 fill? thats what happened to me everytime i tried to buy under 003. they would do a partial fill of 5000 shares and then raise the ask a point.. too many games.... glty
