I know they have said that’s when they foresee it.... but they may not need that with the influx of capital and growth it will spur. If and buts I know.

VRUS will have to r/s with a 1.5B O/S that's maxed out. The SS is already too large for a company that is looking to uplist. Increasing the A/S would just further throw a wrench in their future. Don't really see another option...need to reduce the O/S in a very big way.
