When did Cashman say that? The only time I know he addressed RS was late 2017 when he was asked. It was an equivocal "no," followed by a lot about the possibilities getting out of the convertible debt market would open up. We'll see on that. Last quarter bore out what he said back then about the how the numbers would look after the plant upgrade. Last quarterly report was sweet. Something's got to budge, but IMO, it won't be a RS.
