The Company has commenced preliminary scouting and survey design to help identify the geologic boundaries of the proposed 3D seismic survey. Additionally, Zion held initial meetings with potential vendors to aid in the 3D seismic planning and acquisition process.

Driving around in the desert would qualify as preliminary scouting.

Once the survey design and surface layout are completed

Indeterminate time frame.

Zion believes it will be necessary to import seismic source equipment and autonomous wireless geophones (to record the signal) to acquire the 3D data.

Maybe they will "believes" later they will have to import a rig&crew again, if it gets that far. Yet another indeterminate time frame.

Zion recognizes the financial and time commitment that Zion's shareholders have made in their support. Zion's ability to adequately undertake all of these activities is subject to it raising the needed capital from its continuing offerings, of which no assurance can be provided.

So while it's being claimed on the forum the last PR pump from ZN proves they have the money to move forward with a successful PSPP already in paw, ZN itself made no such claim. Instead their claim is they do not have the funding, and any so called going forward is contingent on funds being raised. Not only that but "offerings" is plural. As in multiple PSPP offerings. The first one if completed likely to go to the Brown gang for legal expenses. Then months more so as to pretend to be doing something in the desert.

As in another indeterminate time frame. Yes, they can have continuous fund raising forever, or until the SEC litigates against the Brown gang. It use to be Brown had to calculate the effect of announcing a PSPP. Did he pre-pump enuff about some drilling at the MJ1 dry well to support it. But now he gets a free pass to stage continuous PSPPs. No timing required. If it weren't for the pesky SEC, his job would have become even more easy than before.
