Thank you. Clearly, ZJMY is a sub of $JBZY$... in fact ZJMY no longer exists for legal purposes in the US per the next Article V. That obviously does not suggest the name cannot continue to be used in China, it just means that all finances will flow through our JBZY Holding Company. That must be made clear in the resolutions in order for the holding company to receive proper tax considerations.

But all this talk has been to dampen what is obviously a huge event for the company with the FAB$$ and a one minute battery swap. No amount of disinformation will shake us $JBZY$ longs out of a single golden share!
