KGKG owns a lot of VATE. So that’s relevant.

However, I’d highly recommend having a piece of KGKG in your portfolio if you don’t already. It’s making moves and already ramping up revenues. Good chance VATE will be dependent on piggy-backing off KGKG’s distribution sources.
