No it’s truly incompetent management. They will probably need to raise funds. They had an offering on the table since August.

They could have done it one of two ways. The smart way: announced an acquisition in a hot firm- finalize the acquisition during the peak of the Hemp/CBD wave that swept the markets and carried through with their dilution on the spike.

Or the dumb way: wait 5-6 months after the hemp/CBD craze to raise the PPS a few ticks and struggle to raise funds as the PPS fails to go above .001.
