Most likely, a junior preferred conversion or a recapitalization that allocates a significant portion of the total common equity to new investors; also possible that senior preferred are in play and converted to common equity.

It's funny. Everyone here loved Bove and all of the times that he's been favoring GSE reform. But now they don't like his answer. Love it.
