That is how I read it as well. I think it's just a question of timing. Next week? Next month? This summer?

Things have a way of taking much longer than you expect. I was in another investment that alluded to "significant business activities" on the horizon in June 2018. The deal closed late December 2018.

Point being that CYDY has been mentioning partnership really only since early January. Things take time.

I don't believe they would have started that many studies if they didn't feel confident they were going to receive upfront payment from a deal with pharma.
