I don't believe that innocent people repeatedly pay fines for crimes they did not commit. So there's nothing just "alleged" about those trading violations, as far as I'm concerned.

If the fines aren't a deterrent, they become part of the cost of doing business for those willing to operate in the shadier fringe of the law. To be very clear, I'm not making any accusations, just stating a reasonable case for caution in the wake of a pattern of behavior.

I do agree the current stuff is the most significant. FD makes interesting, possibly related points about sub-10% ownership and the kind of people who benefit from doing so. The path forward is hardly without potential pitfalls or bad detours for retail shareholders.
