With respect to word on DS 2.0, I am inclined to believe so.

After KBLB announced on November 7, 2018:

Scale up of Dragon Silk 2.0 is well underway, with the production team already raising tens of thousands of the new transgenic silkworms at the Company’s US based pilot production facility. Over the next 30 days, Kraig Labs anticipates scaling up production volumes of this new silkworm strain into the millions, as it prepares to create the first silk threads and fabrics made of this next generation recombinant spider silk.

KBLB used the words "well underway"

They "anticipated" scaling up production volumes of this new strain into the millions around December 7th 2018....

The question remains, did they actually scale into the millions and if not, why?

Since we haven't heard anything for a little over three months now, i'm inclined to believe something likely impeded their progress....

To what extent, only they know.
