It would be the standard excuse they all use.....ther registrant is unable to file wthout unreasonable effort and expense due to not being able to finalize financial documents.
I would guess they are in final stretches of the completion of the fins. I see no need to state they are late or why they are late it would be auditing or review that's slowing things down.
Have you seen what they have accomplished in the last three months? All the Acquisitions, buys, developments, it's the wonder that it gets done and issued this week LOL... The accountant has to be working overtime for sure as it is.
