Now if ya really want to get down to the skinny here, IMHO this was a planned out mover far in advance, not weeks or months but most likely years in the making.

After seeing just how WAMU did it and came out via WEIL,GOTSHAL and MANGES, it apparently looked like a good plan here as well.

So fi they follow the same game plan, I most definitely look for a NEWCO to appear and for SHLD shares to be traded into it.

Now couple that with the fact that HE BOUGHT TO COMPANY OUT OF BK, this will imho expedite the overall process to make it lots lots shorter so he can get on with his plan.......
