No opinion / recommendation on the stock itself, but the price drop is one of the reasons I just bought a new RTX 2080. I figured this is a good time as you never know if bitcoin will recover and cause video card prices to skyrocket again.

Also, this is coming from an AMD fan. I switched to all Nvidia b/c the AMD drivers were terrible on my R9 Fury. Unless AMD has a massive overhaul of their driver division, NVIDIA will have no real competition, IMO.
