No idea. I was just asking a question. I was previously in a stock that acquired a non-public company with the exact intent to use that company's revenue to immediately uplist to Nasdaq, so I assumed VYST could do the same thing.

How about Net Income Standard way since you asked the option? I think it has a requirement of 750k which should be easy to show after the merger/aquisition? Just curious....
