Respectfully, $5 is an awfully high bar and I don't believe that many people are truly holding out for that. The level of damages that could be shown and that get discussed should provide leverage for a quick settlement that rewards the company within our lifetimes, and allows the winning bidder to go forward and make money with the IP.
In any event, I certainly won't consider Emil's efforts a farce if I get cashed out a $1/share.
