Stocks always pop for a reason. The market is always correct even if individual traders within the market don't know the actual factor(s) behind the pop.

The market is indicating $PVSP is priming for a move higher. The move when it happens will start from $0.0002.

Some of the market indicators:

$PVSP has been acquired strategically at $0.0001 over a long period of time. Everyone actively watching has seen this take place.

Over the past few months $PVSP has seen its Bid firm up. $PVSP's Bid itself is substantive relative to where it was in say June / July 2018 when rumors of a reverse merger first started to hit the market.

Anyone watching on 02/15/2019 saw $PVSP's open view Bids were almost larger than the Ask at the close of business. Those open view Bids don't include the "All or None" Bids which are hidden from view.

Level 2 shows there are more traders watching $PVSP. Its pretty safe to assume they're not all iHub traders since $PVSP hasn't hit the breakout boards in months, and there's been no attempt to force the price higher during the strategic acquisition period.

$PVSP's Ask is so thin that $0.0001 at the Ask evaporated over a week ago with only a small number of shares traded (way fewer than 10 million).

In addition, $PVSP's trading range has moved from No Bid x $0.0001 to $0.0001 x $0.0002 over a multi-month period.

People can choose to ignore market indicators, however when $PVSP starts to move they have only themselves to blame for not getting in early.
