All Warrants other than Family ( which they hold to keep control) will expire by June 11Th ... It could bounce hard way above $1 .. The Vessels acquisition and funding is completed ... Management fees decreased by 4M /year .. almost $400M in Assets for $25M market Cap ?? It's way too low .
