bmswim, you mean EQOVA didn't have value and BergaMetNA is 17 times the value of EQOVA jutifying O/S increase by 17 times the value it was before the acquisition?

And why the acquisition wasn't announced to shareholders in the form of an LOI, so investors could GET OUT knowing their investment would be DILUTED BY 94.9%?

This was ILLEGALLY conducted acquisition, right?

This was not a PRIVATE company acquiring another PRIVATE company, right?

Acquisition wasn't announced to shareholders in the form of an LOI, in order for investors who knew how it worked could GET OUT in advance of their investment to be DILUTED TO DEATH BY 94.9%?

This was not a PRIVATE company acquiring another PRIVATE company, right?
