You are correct VYST is acquiring Rotmans and that why this is taking as long as it is. A company can not buy another company for their NOLs only and the two business would have to be similar in nature. That is why VYST has to buy Rotmans in order to keep the NOLs. Since it is fairly clear that VYST does not have enough cash on hand to buy it they are having to be a little creative. Course as always imho.
