Possibly warrants being exercised and traders getting out after the run into the recent conference and jnj panel vote. Volume wasn’t that high and a few traders who may have bought a decent chunk to trade could easily account for most of the volume. We’ve seen this trading pattern many times before. Until substantive news comes out, the stock will be manipulated and succumb to wild price fluctuations. Nothing abnormal for a small bio with a low float

I always wonder when I see a big volume drop after glowing reports and recommendations to buy buy buy.
Especially when the drop is accompanied by more recommendations to load up...buy the dip...
Seems like some might have advance knowledge of negative events (like a coming offering?) and be encouraging others to load up while they dump?

Of course, I am sure that never happens though, right?
