Yes, according to Feb ‘18 conference call the new formulation is not SequestOx or Naltrexone tech, which solves for the TMax issue with a change in excipient, but my guess is that it still runs into the same issue as Opana and can be easily extracted for injection - forcing this to be put on the back burner.
Yes, SeQuestOx contains Naltrexone beads still. There have been no changes to the Naltrexone bead, it has been perfected and can be used in ALL IR and ER 2 bead ADF formulations. The modification was for the bead containing the oxycodone, to make it available to the patient quicker under fed conditions.
