Purchasing shares at .0001 has never really been the issue.

It's getting those shares through the .0002 level that has always been the nemesis of this stock.

There used to be a bit of a nice story to all of this when it first started a couple years back but everything has fallen apart.

Devon will probably go back to being a high school coach and IHSI will most likely continue to trade like a zombie stock (ie: JAMN) and eventually get deregistered.
