What will aircraft seller do?

It appears to me that they have about 29% of TMPS common stock, and they accepted most of it @ 52 cents / share.

If they still own, they could be positioned to do really well if the Navy comes through.

It will be interesting to see if seller holds if the share price approaches their supposed 52-cent basis.

I calculate $0.4825 as TMPS share price based on the average price paid or to be paid (for aircraft and maintenance) as agreed by two parties who know most about the deal.

The market now prefers about $0.17 per share, set by retail traders, I suppose, who are mostly in the dark since the company is dormant and not reporting, even lacking a normally required CEO (we think).

With such mystery, a 65% discount from the "deal" pricing actually seems low to me. It ought to be 95% off or so and shares should trade at two cents each.

But then, there is that Navy contract...
