BC: Let me be contrarian to you. I don't see CBD gum (patented) as a major problem for CVSI-007. CVSI-007 is nicotine-CBD gum. The combo. That's what is unique about it. CBD has great potential for addiction to many things - opiates, nicotine, it's even been used for MJ addiction (which some claim isn't a real thing, but there is a case report describing how it did just that in a heavy MJ user. Everybody is on the CBD band wagon now - but only one company has GRAS, albeit self-affirmed. And an established brand.
Also changing your name to YCBD is smart, but you have to deliver with sales and sales growth and overall profitability.
I agree with your second point about a blow out Q, but am not sure it's related to your news, but rather to Tomc and company continuing to pound the health food stores and add new products (especially gummies, but also protein bars - haven't heard much about them lately). I stand by my statement, "In Tomc and Dowling I trust."
