Wouldn't they meet the requirements of being over a penny after doing the RS? I'm not sure on the timeline between when the RS is supposed to take place versus when they will get delisted for being under a penny.
Someone on this board said it may rise to at least a penny before the RS because they want the stock to be around 10 or higher afterwards so they can move up to a listed exchange eventually. I know that all sounds like a pipe dream now with the lack of news the company provides but it is possible.
