Serious question, not a basher.

Why would Maxim sell an amazing opportunity and allow retail investors in on this?

Seems to me they preferred someone else to fund and take on the risk.

Been watching and doing my own DD here, something just isn’t adding up for me. They have plenty of cash to execute this on their own.
