Exactly, SPPI knows from MDAs data which specific exon20 mutations are tougher. Dr Heymach mentioned at WCLC 2017 that if insertions are further along the loop they are more resistant and at WCLC 2018 he stated 'we learned which [patients] are more sensitive and which are more resistant'.
