An appeal doesn’t overturn a written decision as the Supreme Court dteremined that in a recent patent /IPR case. And you have to pinpoint we’re the judges misinterpreted Apples claim. And they didn’t do that as I read their response. 8-0 in IPRs these patents are sooooo validated in the Federal Circuit. We are winning in court and it didn’t even start yet..LMAO
