AABB does not file 10-Q's. They are not a SEC filer.

Instead, they file fanciful and imaginative financials with a paid platform that does not care about the veracity of what is filed.

You are correct 4th quarter financials come out with the 10-K annual report the first 3 quarters are 10-Q and companies with under 70 mil have 45 days for 10-Q and 90 days for 10-K or annual financials. So Mar 31st is due date for AABB's 10-K which will include their 4th quarter results.

"The Form 10-Q Filing
The Form 10-Q is similar to the Form 10-K except that it is filed quarterly, or three times a year (the 10-K will take it's place one quarter of the year). It contains a lot less detail than the 10-K due to the abbreviated nature of the measurement period, among other things, but can be particularly useful from time to time, under certain circumstances"
