What ever happened to this merger? And Bertilimumab has been in phase II since 2013. The stock has fallen since conception. Only Teper has shown any interest in the company?! No one was interested in partnership by potential alone. Their drugs they have in circulation clearly don't make any money. They went to Extera for help. This filing had zero optimism and zero updates on anything positive unlike recent filings. If anything good we're in the mix they'd let you know. I question the actual progress of their trials. I think they know about their actual demise and are sucking everyone on here dry. Just my opinion.
